Our cancellation policy is as follows:
*Cancellation 30 days or more prior to Dive/excursion date : Full refund
*Cancellation 15 days or more prior to Dive/excursion date : 20% Fee is charged
*Cancellation 14 days or less prior to Dive/excursion date : No cash refund*
*A no show for whatever reason, including but not limited to flight delays, hangovers, or ill health will mean loss of payment
Cancellation policy for diving, snorkeling and other excursions:
*All dive/snorkel/excursions will commence as scheduled, without further notice from Red Whale Dive Center.
*Cancellations by Red Whale Dive Center due to any reason will result in 100% refund.
*Rainy or cloudy weather are no valid reasons for cancellation by client, we strictly follow harbor master recommendations on when to cancel a tour. |
