If you book the tour online then the payment may be done by card. You may also pay by cash when buying the tour from one of our travel agents.
We offer various programs. You may find available dates in the description of each tour. Regular day trips can be booked the day before. It is better to book a multi-day trip 2 weeks in advance, otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms in the hotel and/ or airplane tickets, etc. The confirmation of the tour may take up to 72 hours.
You will receive an order confirmation email. It means that we have received your order and are ready to process it. It may take us some time to receive a booking confirmation from our partners. As soon as everything is ready, we will send you an e-ticket. It will be the confirmation of your right to go for a trip. We will do our best to make it happen faster but the maximum time of order handling is 72 hours. The e-ticket will have to be provided for scanning by your guide at the meeting point. You may provide the e-ticket (via your smartphone) or a printed one, it’s for you to choose.

The e-ticket is the confirmation of our successful tour booking in your name. We send it to your email as soon as we receive the confirmation from our contractor that the service is available for the chosen date. The maximum waiting time of the booking is 72 hours.
Indeed, you pay the full price when buying the tour.
You will have to show the ticket to your guide before the beginning of the tour at the meeting point. Each ticket has an individual QR-code. You open the ticket on the phone or tablet and show it to the guide for scanning. You also may show the printed version of the ticket if it is more convenient for you. After scanning, the ticket is considered to be repaid. Such ticket isn’t reusable.
In order to prepare your e-ticket, we will need some time, as firstly we have to get confirmation from the organizer of your tour. We try to do this as soon as possible but the maximum waiting time is 72 hours.
Terms of the reschedule/ cancellation are indicated on the page of each tour. Depending on how many days before the start of the tour you cancel it, it can be either free (we refund the amount excluding bank transfer fees if any) or you will be charged 100% penalty (the money will not be refunded). To change the date, you will need to contact our operators via chat on the site (in the lower right corner), or via communication form on the bottom of this page.
Yes, in this case you will get a full refund.
If you paid for the tour by the card the refund will be transferred to the same card. If you purchased the tour from our agent, the refund will be provided not by the agent but by the Tourdone office. In order to get the refund you will have to contact our service support via chat on the site (in the lower right corner), or via communication form on the bottom of this page. We will offer the most convenient option for you.

If you paid by card then according to the rules of the paying systems Visa/MasterCard (with the deduction of possible penalties), the refund will be transferred to the card used for tour payment (even if your card has been expired). Term of reimbursement is from 2 to 30 working days depending on your bank. We recommend that you contact your bank 3 days after you cancelled the tour and specify the time period for funds to be received on your card. If payment was made in cash, through the payment terminal or in some other way, a refund can be received at our office. As agreed by our operators there are other possible ways of getting a refund, for example, courier delivery.
