This tour combines the most popular places in Bali. The island is famous for its numerous temples. Be sure to visit two of them – Ulun Danu and Tanah Lot.
It was built in the 17th century and is dedicated to the Goddess of water, rivers and lakes Dewi Danu. The temple is surrounded by mirror waters of the mountain lake Beratan. You will be able to stroll around a beautiful park next to the temple, take pictures with exotic birds and animals.
Tanah Lot temple is located on a cliff and at high tide it is surrounded by the sea. The temple was built in 1489. It is dedicated to the sea god Baruna and other spirits of the ocean. Do not forget to take a camera: the view is gorgeous here and the sunsets are breathtaking.
A good trip gives you a good appetite, so on the way you will stop at the fruit market. Here there are more kinds of fruits and vegetables than you can imagine! Prices are pretty reasonable, and the range is amazing. The market is located on Lake Beratan, which is also a picturesque place.
But the most beautiful landscape awaits you at the twin lakes Buyan and Tamblingan. From the viewpoint you can enjoy a fascinating view of two lakes nestled between green mountain slopes. It’s a great photo opportunity. There is also a swing over a cliff, which you can try for a reasonable fee.
You will also visit the Git Git waterfall. This is a whole sequence of waterfalls located at different levels on the river of the same name. Its beauty and power is really impressive. The bravest will be able to swim in the waterfall!
At your request, you can also visit Jatiluwih, the most picturesque rice terraces in Bali (tickets are not included in the price). This is an incredible and wast man-made landscape, where nature and agriculture exist in harmony. It is no coincidence that Jatiluwih is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
