Please, strictly adhere to your meeting time!

• 30 min session with dolphins: swimming/interaction/observing (depending on your ticket type)
• Air-conditioned return hotel transfer for minimum 2 persons from Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, Jimbaran (near Ayana, Rimba, Intercont hotels). Single person transportation for extra charge.
• Welcome drink
• Briefing by trainer before the start of the program
• Life jacket to use during the program
• Complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee and cut fruits (depends on availability) after the program
• Changing rooms, rinse off shower, towel and locker

• Transfer for such areas as Petittenget, Kerobokan, Umalas, Ubud, Uluwatu, Ungasan and Denpasar. Only for extra charge.
• Transfer for 1 pax only.
• Transfer for guests, who booked Observer program
• Refund or discount if a guest does not require complimentary transfer.

Not allowed for swimming and interacting with the dolphins:

• Women who are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
• Adults and children with history of epilepsy or similar illnesses.
• Children below 12 y.o. and 150 cm height are not allowed for Dolphin Swimming program.

Other conditions:

• Children under the age of 5 years or below the minimum height of 1.35 m must be strictly accompanied by their parents/guardians in the water interacting with the dolphins or during Only watching program on our sea-pan. Identification proof will be most appreciated.
• Parents/guardians of the children are responsible for the safety and care of the child, company holds no responsibility.
• Please, don’t be late for your pick up time.
• The Management reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, or change the programs mentioned above without prior notice.
